I am a hands-on AI and Engineering Leader with a first-principles approach to solving tough technical challenges in advanced AI and large-scale systems. Over two decades, I have built and mentored diverse teams, leading them to deliver impactful 0-to-1 AI products. My leadership is rooted in collaboration, deep technical expertise, and a passion for guiding others to grow.

Beyond the corporate world, my creative spirit finds expression in pencil sketches and storytelling. Hailing from a small town in Bengal with Dutch colonial heritage, I bring an artistic flair to my creative writing and sketches, capturing the nuances of life on paper. These pursuits not only provide personal fulfillment but also enrich my perspective as a leader.

I am passionate about martial arts and soccer, disciplines that teach balance, focus, and resilience. Teaching boxing and soccer to my children has deepened my appreciation for sport as a medium for personal and communal growth. Alongside these interests, I am driven by a commitment to eradicating diseases, addressing governance challenges, and fostering justice—aiming to make a positive impact both professionally and personally.
